Fulfillment Timeframes
Our shipping process is divided into two phases: Processing and Transit.
1. Order Processing (3 Business Days)

Timeframe: All orders require a 3 business day period for processing.

What this means: During this time, your order is verified, quality checked, securely packaged, and prepared for dispatch from our fulfillment network partners.

Tracking Status: Tracking information is generated during this period but may not show an active status until the package is picked up by the carrier on the final processing day.
2. Standard Transit Time (7 to 10 Business Days)

Timeframe: Once shipped, standard delivery transit takes 7 to 10 business days.

What this means: This is the time the package spends with the carrier moving from the fulfillment center to your delivery address. Transit times can vary based on location and carrier volume.

Total Delivery: The estimated total time from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door is 10 to 13 business days.
